More Minor Mods
- 3dUndump now has the ability to put spheres around each input point, when creating a dataset, rather than just a single voxel.
- Range locking has been added: you can now have the overlay data range in "Define Function" be locked together between controllers participating in the Lock.
- You can use the Button-3 popup on the intensity bar (just right of the image) to put tick marks around the outside of the images.
- 3dcalc's -taxis option now lets you specify that the time units are in ms rather than the default seconds.
- 3dWarp now lets you transform volumes between Talairach-Tournoux and MNI coordinate systems (a 2-piece affine warp).
- The AFNI controller displays coordinates in DICOM order. The functional neuroimaging community, especially SPM, display them in "neuroscience order". You can now easily switch the AFNI display order to SPM's order with a Button-3 popup menu from the AFNI coordinate display field (upper left).
- "Switch Anatomy" is now "Switch Underlay", and "Switch Function" is now "Switch Overlay", et cetera.
- A number of rarely encountered bugs were fixed.
