SUMA upgrades, Latest edition of 3dDeconvolve.

New AFNI binaries are posted now. They include a number of SUMA upgrades from Ziad Saad, and the latest edition of 3dDeconvolve. The latter program now prints a "progress meter" that starts with the label ++ start voxel loop: so don't interpret this as an error message (which has already been done once here at the NIH).
